the egg white thingy is good!
and this dessert is an eye opener! must go try first-hand. you have to dip the caramel-sugar coated yam/pumpkin into the ice water (or syrup?) really quickly before it hardens and sticks on your chopsticks. i still dont understand why the caramel sugar thingy hardens so quickly.
