Happy April Fool's!

and Happy Happy Birthday Kaden!

10 things you didnt know could kill you

One. Over-indulging in deodorant
Jonathan Capewell from England died from a deodorant obsession. the teenager douse his entire body with deodorant at least twice a day for months before he suffered a heart attack. post mortem results revealed he had 10 times the lethal dosage of propane and butane in his blood.

Two. An acrobatic stingray
Judy Kay Zagorski died last week when a large 35kg stingray leapt out of the water and landed on her hand. the jumpy creature died from the sheer force of the impact as well.

Three. Laughing uncontrollably
Fifty year old English bricklayer Alex Mitchell, off-ed himself after guffawing for a good 25minutes straight after watching his favourite tv sitcom. his heart couldnt handle the extended, vigorous glee and stopped beating.

Four. Playing computer games non-stop
taking the nerdy obsession of online games too far, 28year old South Korean Lee Seung Seop played an online game for nearly 50 hours straight. He eventually died from exhaustion, dehydration and heart failure.

Five. Wearing killer heels
In 2006, a Japanese lady fractured her skull after tripping in her 13cm heels. A second victim was killed in a car crash when her car hit a concrete pole. she was unable to hit the brakes in time because her 8cm heels were in the way.

Six. Refusing to get off your sofa
Gayle Laverne Grinds was a 218kg woman who remained rooted to her sofa for six years. eventually, she died of morbid obesity - her skin was grafted onto her sofa after years of inactivity.

Seven. Holding in your pee
Jennifer Strange from Sacramento died last year from water poisoning while trying to win a Nintendo Wii for her kids. A radio station had organised a "Hold you wee for a wii" contest which made her drink large amounts of water, upsetting sodium levels in body fluids and causing the brain to swell.

Eight. Overeating
An unusually heavy meal is four times more likely to trigger a heart attack. binge eating releases hormones which increase the heart rate, blood pressure and causes deadly blood clots.

Nine. Alcohol
swilling huge amounts of alcohol in a short period of time can cause sudden heart failure. A China-born woman was recently reported to have died after downing a jug of beer and a bottle of brandy in half an hour.

Ten. Ratty prawn crackers
Actually, the mere thought of unearthing a rat's head in your bag of nong shim prawn crackers as repoted in the news is far deadlier than biting into one. Accidental consumption of food contimainated with these substances is unlikely to cause harmful effects. but the risk involved is dependent on the type of substances (ie rat, roach etc) and amount present.
