my baking diary 1

apple crumble! veryyy easy to do. choose your apples. the first time we made, we used granny smiths. works just as well, only more sour.
mix flour, sugar and butter with your hands to get the crumblely texture (like biscuit?). can also add a dash of cinnamon.
arrange your sliced apples into the foil, add water to submerge the apples and top up with the crumble. use a fork to roughen the top.
oven. heat 180, 50mins.
woooots.
crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside. can have it with ice cream / whip cream! (:
